I led the initiative to update AllModern's welcome emails by redesigning their email template and incorporating refreshed branding for long-term impact. The messaging was refined to emphasize AllModern’s brand pillars and enhance brand awareness across all emails. This four-time send resulted in a 38.27% lift in CTR, an 18.02% decrease in unsubscribe rate, and a 13.6% increase in direct GRS per send within the first four weeks of launch.
